It is coming down to the wire at the University of Manitoba. With a strike deadline looming negotiations have broken off between university administration and the faculty association.
If a deal can’t be reached by tomorrow is is possible that 29,000 students will get an unscheduled vacation.
Both the university and the faculty association expressed their frustration with the negotiation process after the Manitoba government attempted to intervene.
