Firefighters responded to a blaze at a single-storey warehouse at the corner of Jarvis Avenue and Yard Road just before 9:30 pm on July 21, 2023.
When crews arrived on the scene they found smoke coming from the structure and launched an exterior attack. Eventually, firefighters transitioned to an interior attack before the fire was declared under control at 10:55 pm.

During the fire the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service drone was flown to help identify hotspots and provide situational awareness.
Staff working in the building when the fire started were able to self-evacuate before emergency crews arrived on the scene.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
