Winnipeg Police identified the victim in the Jarvis Avenue homicide on Monday, August 22, 2022.
Police were called to an apartment around 7:oo am and located an adult female who was deceased and side under suspicious circumstances.
Detectives are now investigating the death as a homicide.
The victim has been identified as 36-year-old Danielle Dawn Ballantyne of Winnipeg.
