Winnipeg Police say that no charges will be laid over a 14 month old baby falling out of a second storey apartment window on Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened around 2 pm in the 100 block of Mayfair Street. Police have described the tragic event as accidental.
The baby girl is now listed in stable condition.
