Winnipeg Police has arrested a 24-year-old male and charged him with two counts of Mischief under $5,000 after he damaged two vehicles while acting “erratically and aggressively towards passing cars.”
Police say that they responded to the call around 7:20 am Sunday morning, June 23, 2019, near Portage Avenue and Ruby Street. Officers said the man appeared to be intoxicated and had removed a number of his clothes before approaching two different vehicles and damaging them. Both male drivers of the vehicles were not injured in the incident.
