As part of an on-going Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba (IIU) investigation into an in-custody death on October 15, 2023, investigators are hoping to identify a witness.
The incident happened in the 200 block of Sherbrooke Street.
Investigators recovered video evidence from the area and as a result would like to speak to an individual who witnessed the incident.
