Manitoba’s Police watchdog the Independent Investigation Unit (IIU) is asking for public help in locating the occupants of a black Dodge Ram pick-up truck.

The IIU says that it wants to speak to anyone who may have been in the vehicle that was stopped at the scene of a fatal collision on October 10, 2017, that took the life of Cody Severight.

The IIU is looking into the fatal collision because a Winnipeg Police officer has been accused of being impaired at the time of and responsible for the collision.
