IIU needs help identifying a truck and a person with Cody Severight

The Independent Investigation Unit is asking for the publics help in their investigation into the hit and run that took place on Main Street and Sutherland Avenue October 10, 2017, that caused the death of 23-year-old Cody Severight.

The IIU is trying to identify the people who were in a dark-coloured extended cab pick-up truck, travelling northbound on Main Street, that was near the scene of the collision when it occurred. The vehicle is known to have stopped at the scene of the collision following the incident.

Investigators are also trying to identify an individual who was crossing Main Street, at the intersection, from east to west, and was with Severight before and at the time of the collision.

Anyone with information or knows the occupants of the vehicle or the identity of the person with Severight is asked to call investigators at 1-844-667-6060.
