On Thursday the Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba (IIU) reported that they are looking into allegations of inappropriate conduct by a member of the Dakota Ojibway Police Service (DOPS).
The IIU was notified of a series of incidents involving the member and the IIU civilian director, Zane Tessler, determined it is in the public interest for the IIU to investigate.
