More than 600,000 views on social media helped RCMP identify a woman wanted in connection to a stolen truck investigation.
Manitoba RCMP took to social media on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, looking for a nacho cheese Doritoes eating woman who was also a person of interest in connection to a stolen vehicle.
The post began “Know anyone with a large skull tattoo who also loves Nacho Cheese Doritos?”
It went on to say “Need to speak to her about the truck thing & why she chose Nacho Cheese over Cool Ranch!”
RCMP say that since publishing the post they received more than 40 messages that all named the same person.
Police say that investigators will be talking to the woman regarding the theft soon but did not say if they would be interrogating her in regards to her snack choice.
