Manitoba First Nations Police Service responded Tuesday afternoon, August 11, 2020, after human remains were located in a wooded area just outside Roseau River First Nation.
Police say the identity of the remains is not known at this time.
MFNPS is investigating with help from the RCMP Major Crime Unit and Forensic Identification Services as well as with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
