Homicide detectives have identified the man killed during a shooting spree at Citizen nightclub on Saturday, November 2, 2019.
Jamshaid Wahabi, 23 has been identified as the victim who died during the incident. Wahabi is the 38th homicide victim of 2019.
A second male was shot in the lower body and taken to hospital where he remains.
Investigators say that there was a large crowd at the nightclub during and prior to the shooting and are asking anyone who was there who may have shot video on their phone that evening to contact them. Police also ask anyone with information that could be relevant to the investigation to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers 204-786-TIPS (8477).
