Winnipeg’s Homicide Unit is investigating the death of a 56-year-old man found in the back lane of the 600 block of Lipton Street.
Police were called to the area at 4:30 pm on Monday, September 11, 2023. When officers arrived they located the injured victim. He was taken to hospital in critical condition but soon died from his injuries.
An autopsy has been ordered.
Police say that the death is considered suspicious and no arrests have been made.
