Winnipeg Police Service officers found an injured male on a sidewalk early Saturday morning, November 11, 2023, in the 1100 block of Arlington Street.
Police used a chest seal and performed CPR until paramedics arrived. The male was taken to hospital in critical condition but died shortly afterwards.
Members of the Homicide Unit have taken over the investigation.
