Winnipeg Police are investigating a homicide after two men were stabbed in a Pembina Highway lounge on Monday night, April 15, 2019.
Police say they responded to the call at Ramallah Café just after 11:00 pm. When officers arrived they located two men suffering serious injuries. One was taken to hospital in critical condition but later died from his injuries. The other male was taken to hospital and remains in
