As News4 told you earlier in the week, on August 16, 2016 at around 10am , Winnipeg Police responded to a home in the 300 block of Bannerman Avenue regarding a deceased male being found.

The victim was identified as Eugene Allan Harris, 62 years from Winnipeg. An autopsy determined the victim suffered injuries consistent with an assault.
Police have arrested Vincent Morin, 31 from Winnipeg for his alleged involvement. He has been charged with Manslaughter.
