Wanted for failing to comply with court orders
Winston George Thomas, a 39 year old convicted sex offender is wanted by police less than a week after bing released from Headingley Correctional Centre. Thomas was released March 24, 2017 after serving 18 month for assaulting a peace officer and breaching his probation from a previous conviction.
Manitoba’s Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) is asking for help locating Thomas after he failed to comply with court orders attached to his release last week.
According to MIHRSOU, Thomas has been designated a High Risk Sex Offender and he is considered to be a high risk to re-offend in a sexual or sexually violent way against adult or children females.

Thomas is an Aboriginal male standing 5’9″ tall. He weighs 240 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes
