Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) has put a convicted high risk sex offender back in jail just one day after he was released from Stony Mountain Institution.
As News4 told you Michael James Fells, 34 was released into the community on Monday May 1, 2017. FELLS has a history of sexual offences. He is an untreated sex offender that is deemed high risk to re-offend in a sexually violent manner.

On Tuesday May 2, 2017, Correctional Service Canada revoked Fells’s parole and issued a warrant to apprehend him and return him to prison. Members of MIHRSOU arrested Fells just after 10:30 am on Tuesday and returned him to custody without incident.
