Investigators say the body of 27-year-old Jasmine Normand was located inside an apartment in the 600 block of Maryland Street on Monday, May 10, 2021.
Winnipeg homicide detectives are looking for help piecing together the whereabouts, activities and people she may have been with prior to the discovery of her body.
An autopsy on Tuesday May 11, determined that Normand death was the result of a homicide.
