Victim okay, suspects sought
A young man waiting for a bus at Vaughn near Portage was robbed at gunpoint around 9:30 in the evening on Saturday.
Police say the 22 year-old was approached by two men. One grabbed personal property out of his hand while the second man demanded his money. The first suspect then produced a handgun and threatened him.
The pair fled on foot, and police are now looking for them.
The first suspect is described as: Male, Aboriginal in appearance, 18 to 23 years old with a slim build, and about 5’9″ with long hair.
The second man is also described as Aboriginal in appearance with a slim build, but is approximately 6’3″.
