RCMP busted a grow-op in the RM of Richot on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
Police say that they executed a search warrant on Leclaire Road and uncovered about 40 marihuana plants, 225 grams of dried marihuana, 18 firearms, other weapons and drug paraphernalia.
A 37-year-old male was arrested and is facing charges for his alleged involvement of Possession of Illicit Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis for the Purpose of Selling, Cultivating more then four Cannabis Plants and Cultivating Illicit Cannabis, under the Cannabis Act. He is also facing criminal charges of Firearms Storage Contrary to Regulations x4 and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.
RCMP continue to investigate.
