RCMP are looking for help identifying a vehicle that hit a pedestrian and fled in God’s Lake Narrows on January 16, 2022.
Police say that a 28-year-old female was walking on the Main Road near the band office when she was hit by a dark coloured vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene and the female lay on the ground for a period of time before help arrived.
The victim suffered serious injuries and was taken to the nursing station but was later transported out of the community for treatment.
