Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service was called to a garage fire between Carpathia Road and Lockwood Street around 2:45 pm on Friday, August 28, 2020.
When crews arrived they found thick black smoke billowing from the structure along with flames.
An attack using hand lines was launched. The fire extended to a neighbouring garage and firefighters worked quickly to knock down both fires.
A vehicle inside the garage was destroyed and a pickup truck parked beside the garage suffered damage
The were no reports of injuries the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
