Firefighters responded to a blaze in the back lane of Prichard Avenue between McGregor and McKenzie Streets around 7:00 pm on Sunday, September 11, 2022.
When crews arrived they found a garage fully involved in flames and launched an immediate attack.
The fire extended to hydro lines hanging above the structure. The fire was declared under control within 30 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
The garage was in the rear of a property with a two-storey vacant house
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
