Fourth man charged with murder in the killing of Rig Moulebou

Winnipeg Police Service homicide investigators have arrested a fourth male in connection to the killing of Rig Moulebou.

Police say that on November 2, 2019 Moulebou was responsible for the death of 23-year-old Jamshald Wahabi at a downtown nightclub.

Two day later, on November 4, 2019, Moulebou was killed in a rented condo on Tim Sale Drive in retaliation.

On March 27, 2020 officers arrested and charged 23-year-old Javaid Wahabi for his alleged involvement with First Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Investigators had previously arrested three men for the killing of Moulebou.

 Arnold Mbaka Nduta, Abdullahi Abdulrehman Mohamed and Manuchehr Haroon, all aged 23 were charged with First Degree Murder for their alleged involvement and detained in custody.
