Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service has contacted Winnipeg Police about four suspicious fires near Battery Street early Tuesday morning, April 30, 2019.
Fire officials say that between 2:00 am and 2:30 am four separate fires were set. The first fire was in a garage the second was set nearby in some debris. The third and fourth fires involved vehicles.
According to the city multiple fires set so close together are unusual and suspicious in nature. No injuries were reported and there is no estimates for the damage.
