Damage estimate increased to $350K
A News4 told you yesterday on April 11, 2017 just after 11:00pm police and fire crews responded to a fire involving a playground structure at Harbourview Golf Course. Although initially pegged at $200,000 in damage that figure has been updated to $350,000.
Arson investigators with the Winnipeg Police Service received a number of tips and were able to identify four female youths as suspects in the blaze.
Police have arrested three 12 year old females and a 13 year old female and charged them with Arson Causing Damage to Property, Possession of Incendiary Material.
They have been released on a promise to appear.
