Break-ins Victim Leads Police to Accused
A nasty string of break-ins has netted charges for two adult women and two adult men arrested at a residence on Burrows Avenue by Winnipeg Police.
On Sunday afternoon, a resident of a Fort Garry home in the 300 block of Hudson St. was assaulted with bear spray by two women who broke into the home. Personal property worth around $1000 was taken and the suspects took off in a vehicle that had already been stolen.
The next day, suspects broke into a Weston area home in the 1400 block of Lincoln Ave., helping themselves to a number of electronics. The victim of that crime was able to locate his property at a residence on Burrows Ave., where he confronted the suspects.
