One adult and two youths are facing armed robbery charges after they allegedly robbed a food delivery driver at gunpoint in a Transcona neighbourhood.

Police were able to track the suspects using a K-9 unit. Two blocks away on Ravelston Avenue the dog led officers to a home. The suspects were located and a search of the home uncovered ammunition, bullet casings, 5 magazines of which one was loaded, an air pistol, sword, scope, SKS semi-automatic rifle, Crossman air rifle and a Ruger bolt action rifle.
20-year-old Alex Mary Maud from Fairford, Manitoba has been charged for her alleged involvement with:
- Armed Robbery Using a Firearm
- Use of Imitation Firearm During Commission of an Indictable Offence
- Possess Weapon X5
- Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon
- Possess Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition
- Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition X2
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Store Firearm or Restricted Weapon Contrary to Regulations X2
- Pointing a Firearm
- Carry Concealed Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition
A 15-year old female and a 17-year-old male are facing similar weapons-related and other charges.
All three were detained in custody.
