Five people were taken to the hospital, one in critical condition, two in unstable condition and two in stable condition after a collision near Pembina Highway and Ducharme Avenue early Friday afternoon, December 7, 2018.
Police closed Pembina Southbound between Grandmont Boulevard and Rue des Trappistes while they investigated the cause of the collision.

Police say that all of the victims were inside the vehicle at the time of the collision and that the collision only involved one vehicle.
Four male youths including the driver have been treated and released. One male youth remains in hospital in stable condition.
Investigators are trying to determine if speed played a factor in the collision.
