First Nations Police looking for missing person

On April 14, 2024, the Manitoba First Nations Police Service received a report of a missing person. 

Shoughn Rheagon PERSWAIN was last seen in the late afternoon at his Long Plain First Nation residence on April 4, 2024. PERSWAIN was reported missing to the Police on April 14, 2024. 

PERSWAIN is First Nations, 5’11” tall, approximately 140 lbs, with short dark brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black sweater, grey pants and red shoes.

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating PERSWAIN as they are concerned for his well-being.
