Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a structure fire around 12:46 am on Saturday, October 29, 2022, On Simcoe Street near St, MatthewsAvenue.
When firefighters arrived on the scene they found a garage in the back lane fully involved. Crews immediately began to attack the flames using handlines and had the fire contained in short order.
No injuries were reported
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
