Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service and Winnipeg Police Service were called to the Disraeli Freeway at Higgins Avenue for a technical rescue around 3:35 pm on Tuesday, February 23, 2021.
As officers blocked traffic in both directions on Higgins Avenue, firefighters pulled a male from over the side of the overpass.
Once on top of the bridge police were waiting for the male and took him into custody.
