Early Sunday morning, July 23, 2023, Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service crews battled a detached garage fire on Crestwood Crescent.
When firefighters arrived on the scene just after 1:30 am they encountered smoke coming from the structure. An offensive attack was launched and the fire was declared under control fairly quickly.
The interor of the structure sustained smoke, fire and water damage.
The WFPS investigator was on the scene to determine the cause of the blaze.
No injuries were reported.
