A Winnipeg Firefighter suffered minor injuries after being hit by a car while working at a collision scene on Inkster Boulevard Friday night, February 15, 2019.
It happened around 10:30 pm near Parr Street. As emergency crews were dealing with a two-vehicle collision a third vehicle drove through the scene and clipped a firefighter before ending up on a nearby front lawn and taking out a cedar tree.
The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody by Winnipeg Police. The firefighter did not require hospitalization.
