Just before 2:00am Sunday September 18, 2016 fire was reported in a garage in the 900 block of Selkirk Avenue.
Crews arrived and quickly put out the flames but there was extensive damage to the garage as well as damage to the vehicle parked inside.
It’s not the first time this summer residents in this neighbourhood experienced burning garages. In May the two properties just east of this mornings fire also had their garages torched. Neighbours believe the same people are responsible.
No one was injured in the blaze.
Fire officials are investigating.
