Just before 10:00 pm on Friday, April 24, 2020, Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a fire in a two-storey Notre Dame Avenue commercial building.
Smoke was coming from the building as firefighters arrived on scene and they immediately launched an offensive attack.
The fire was brought under control within minutes.
A search of the building found no one inside.
A WFPS fire investigator was on scene to determine the cause of the fire.
No damage estimates are available.
