A man, a woman and two boys escaped a house fire on Young Street early Saturday morning before fire crews arrived on scene to battle the two story fire.
All four were taken to hospital, the woman is in stable, the man in critical condition be he has been upgraded to stable condition. The other two an adult and youth, both male, were treated and released
Smoke and fire could be seen billowing out of the structure as firefighters arrived.
There is no estimate of damage.
