Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a vehicle fire in the lane between Evanson and Lenore Streets around 1:30 am on Saturday, July 9, 2022.

When crews arrived they found smoke and flames coming from a garage and vehicle as well as from a garage directly across the lane. An offensive attack was launched and the fire was quickly extinguished.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
