Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a vehicle fire in the back lane of a Notre Dame Avenue business.
Firefighters arrived on scene just after 11:00 pm and found an SUV on fire. The flames scorched the building due to the proximity of the vehicle. Crews attacked the fire and quickly had it under control.
Smoke from the fire made its way into the nearby building. Firefighters used large fans to ventilate the business.
It is not known what caused the fire at this time.
