A fire broke out Sunday night around midnight in a home on Logan Avenue close to Keewatin Street. 

Fire crews arrived to flames and smoke billowing out of the single story home.

One person was treated on scene but unfortunately a dog who was trapped inside the structure died.

There is no estimate of the damage

The fire is considered suspicious and fire officials are investigating
