Police have a 19-year-old female in custody after she allegedly stabbed another female in the upper body at a Selkirk Avenue residence.
The assault took place in the afternoon of Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Police say that the suspect went to the victim’s residence stabbed her, then chased after her as she escaped.
Officers located both the accused and victim shortly afterwards. The victim was taken to hospital in unstable condition but later upgraded to stable.
Sienna Blyth of Winnipeg has been charged for her alleged involvement with Assault with a Weapon.
