A 62-year-old male has died after being hit by a vehicle on Garden Hill First Nation.
On Thursday, November 4, 2021 police say the victim was walking along a dark stretch of road when he was hit by a vehicle being driven by a 56-year-old male.. The driver spoke to police.
Investigators believe that the dark conditions as well as the victim wearing dark clothing were factors in the collision. Alcohol and speed were not involved.
RCMP continue to investigate.
