RCMP are investigating a snowmobile collision that claimed the life of one man and sent an adult female to hospital.
Around 11:00 pm Saturday night, February 22, 2020, officers were called to the site of the collision about 45 kilometres north of The Pas.
Investigators say that the snowmobile collided with a tree with two people on it at the time of the collision.
A 26-year-old male was pronounced dead at the scene. A 22-year-old female was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.
