Police looking for witnesses in Spence Street Shooting
Just after 10:00 pm Winnipeg Police responded to shots fired call.
It happened in the 200 block of Spence Street.
When officers arrived on scene they found a 21 year old Shania Chanel CHARTRAND had been shot with critical injuries. She was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Homicide investigators are looking for witnesses and any information regarding the incident.
