On August 2, 2016 at approximately 8:30 pm, emergency personnel responded to the area of Bannerman Avenue and Main Street in response an injured male. Investigators believe the victim was likely struck by a motor vehicle travelling through the area.
The 43-year-old male victim was transported to hospital in unstable condition. He has since succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators believe the vehicle involved was a:
– Newer-model SUV
– Four-door
– Grey in colour
Police are investigating.
