As News4 reported Sunday a 29 year old woman was killed when her car was struck by a pickup on Hwy 207 between Deacon’s Corner and Lorrette.
The driver of the truck, an 18 year old man has been charged for his alleged involvement in the collision with the following:
- Criminal negligence causing death.
- Impaired driving causing death.
- Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.
- Two counts of dangerous operation of motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
- Two counts of impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
- Two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
The driver and passengers in the truck are in stable condition in hospital.
