Around 2:30 am on October 3, 2023, emergency crews responded to the area of Rothesay Street and Gilmore Avenue for the report of a single-vehicle collision.

When crews arrived on the scene they found a 63-year-old male in critical condition. Police believe that the man suffered a medical event while driving which resulted in the vehicle colliding with two residences.

The victim died as a result of the event.

No investigation is pending.
