RCMP in Selkirk responded to a serious two-vehicle collision on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, on Highway 59 and CIL Road.

A car travelling north on Highway 59 was attempting to turn left onto CIL Road when it was hit by a pickup truck travelling south.

The driver and passenger in the pickup received minor injuries in the collision but a 23-year-old female passenger in the car was killed.
