The City of Winnipeg has published the Fall 2018 / Winter 2019 Leisure Guide which is available online and in print at all civic pools, libraries and leisure centres.
Beginning in two weeks, on August 28, 2018, registration for fall and winter activities begins (except for winter skating or swimming lessons).
If you are wanting to book winter skating or swimming lessons you will have to wait until December 11, 2018.
The city says that registration for activities will be ongoing after the registration dates above.
Non-residents will be able to register for activities beginning September 4, 2018, and December 18, 2018.

In-person you can register at
- Central Registration Centre, Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex, 999 Sargent Avenue (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.)
- South-East Registration Centre, Louis Riel Library, 1168 Dakota Street (8 a.m. – 11 a.m.)
Limited in-person registration on August 28 and December 11 will also be accepted at all City of Winnipeg indoor pools, with the exception of Bonivital, Bernie Wolfe, Pan Am and Seven Oaks, beginning at 8 a.m. Registration at Eldon Ross will be available beginning at 1 p.m.
